Sioux Steel Company warrants to the original purchaser only that the goods manufactured by Sioux are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service and when properly installed for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any defective part or component must be returned to the factory at the purchaser's expense for inspection by Sioux. The obligation of Sioux is limited to repairing or replacing at its factory any part or component determined to its satisfaction to be defective. Sioux shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. All transportation charges shall be paid by purchaser. Purchaser must notify Sioux of a claim by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, within thirty (30) days after discovery or the claim shall be deemed waived.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.. No warranty is given by Sioux for any parts, components or trade accessories furnished by Sioux but not manufactured by it. They are covered by the warranty of their manufacturer, if any. No person, firm or corporation including the selling dealer is authorized to assume for Sioux any other liability in connection with the sale of these goods.
Sioux Poly Stock Tank & Liquid Feeders - Two (2) year pro-rated replacement. Cost of replacement with a new tank will be made by the dealer at retail price. F.O.B., Factory, less full credit for unused portion of the pro-rated replacement agreement.
Sioux Poly Hog Drinkers- Tank failure that is a result of improper installation of a hog drinker voids the warranty.
Sioux Bulk Feed Bin Special Notice
Every hopper bottomed bin is designed for the storage of flowable materials only. Soybean meal, feed with high molasses content, meat scraps, and many other materials are not considered to be free flowing and should not be stored in these bins. The manufacturer of the material should be consulted for flowability information. This product may have certain limitations or restrictions. Every buyer should consult an operator/assembly manual for these limitations or restrictions.
Sioux Round and Round-End Steel Stock Tanks
Tanks, with or without drinkers, manufactured after February 1, 1994, are warranted for one year. Warranty Provides for pro-rated replacement. Cost of replacement with a new tank will be made by the dealer at retail price. F.O.B., Factory, less full credit for unused portion of the pro-rated replacement agreement.
